Our Team
Paul Rosania
Paul has a B.S. in Computer Science from Dartmouth College. His background is a combination of management consulting, technology and entrepreneurship. He has spent the last several years as a Senior Analyst at a boutique financial services consulting firm. Prior to that, he spent nearly 2 years as a technical co-founder of Careplace, a network of online support groups for people with chronic illnesses. Jeff Iacono
Jeff grew up in Vermont and graduated from Dartmouth College with a B.S. in Economics. He spent 4 years as an Associate at an New York-based investment bank in New York City where he focused on discovering, partnering with, and incubating small to medium sized hedge funds.
In 2009, Jeff started the ElegantBuild company, which focuses on in-house ventures, external client projects, and startup investing. He was also the co-founder and technical lead of UGResearch, a non-profit 501(c)(3) web-library for undergraduate theses. Jeff has a love for business and a passion for creativity.
